Huntingdon County Court Administration

The District Court Administrator is the administrative arm of the court and is responsible for all support functions necessary to maintain the efficient operation of both the Court of Common Pleas and the Minor Judiciary. Responsibilities of this office include, but are not limited to case flow management, creation and implementation of the annual court calendar, jury management, creation, negotiation and monitoring the court budget, management of court personnel, appointment of counsel, supervision of the Magisterial District Judge’s offices, implementation of policies and procedures as established by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania or as promulgated by the Court of Common Pleas.

Like Common Pleas Judges, District Court Administrators are employees of the state.
